Order Cancellation

If a customer requests cancellation before delivery, cancellation charges will apply.

Exception (Courier Delay):

If the order is not delivered by the courier partner within 14 days (two weeks) from the date of order placement, and the customer chooses to cancel the order after this period, no cancellation charges will be levied, and a full refund will be processed.
