Shipping Policy


We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be delivered within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times begin from the date your payment is successfully processed, and we'll notify you immediately if unexpected delays arise.

Return Policy


At Aakarshini, we want you to love your purchase. Unsatisfied? Here’s our simplified process:

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Request a return within 3 days of delivery. No exceptions.

  • Full refunds only if the item:

    • Doesn’t match your order (wrong size/color/design).

    • Arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the website description.

2. How to Return

  1. Email aakarshini.com@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos/videos of the item, and reason for return.

  3. We’ll approve and guide you through return steps.

3. Refunds

  • Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Non-Eligible

  • Items accurately described and matching your order.
