Order Cancellation

If a customer requests cancellation before delivery, cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation charges will include:

Initial shipping charges, and

Reverse shipping charges (return-to-origin).

The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after deduction of these charges.
Exception (Courier Delay):

If the order is not delivered by the courier partner within 14 days (two weeks) from the date of order placement, and the customer chooses to cancel the order after this period, no cancellation charges will be levied, and a full refund will be processed.

Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 7 days (one week) from the date the order is placed.

In some cases, delivery may take longer than one week due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier company delays, logistics issues, remote location servicing, or unforeseen operational constraints.
